Charges We have contracts with the majority of the banks/lenders and they pay us commission for placing loans with them. Unless you are told at the outset, NO charges are made by us. If we have to use a lender / bank that we do not have a contract with, you will be informed at the start and this charge will be outlined to you and the reasons why.
Fees waiver We are often able to negotiate bank fees such as the initial establish fees, or Re-fixing mortgage fees [nominally $250] when you go to refix. We offer you a large choice, some of which have NO FEES . Conditions may apply
We have access to the majority of the banks plus also non bank lenders that offer sharp interest rates. Check with us before making a committment to a new mortgage or refinance .... remember that interest rates are only part of a package; often factors like SERVICE or having no Bank Charges / Fees make a huge difference and can literally save you very valuable time and of course actual $ savings.
